Zaynab is 60-years old. She takes care of her mother. She receives monthly cash assistance of 110 JD, and her monthly rent is 70 JD.

The Baathist regime in Iraq executed her husband. Zaynab’s family came to Jordan in 2002. She and her mother came to Jordan first, and then called her five children, three boys and two girls, one by one.

Two of her sons were caught working in Jordan illegally and were deported to Iraq. The eldest was killed at the boarder on his way back to Iraq. The second was injured and became blind. The youngest son left to America through the International Organization for Migration. Her two girls were married.

Zaynab’s mother is extremely sick. They are in an immediate need of money for the medicine and treatment.
